Shipping and delivery

We send all packages with DPD package transport, so that your order will be packed well and insured. 

Shipment costs
In order to transport your order under the right conditions, we charge a minimal shipping fee. Of course, we will do what we can to keep these costs low and we only charge the costs for transport. We love flower bulbs and their flowers and think everyone should have the chance to buy them! For an overview of the costs, see the table on the side. Shipment costs are one-time costs per order, regardless of the size. 

Delivery with DPD
Your order will be delivered by DPD. DPD will inform you about the day of delivery in advance by e-mail. On the day of delivery you will receive a time indication with a timeframe of a few hours. DPD will offer the package maximally 3 times, possibly also with your neighbours. Missed the delivery? Then you will find a card in your mailbox, with further information. Unfortunately, scheduling delivery is not possible.

You can have your order delivered at home or indicate another delivery address during checkout. 

Delivery time
When you place your order, you can choose the week during which you would like it delivered. With flower bulbs or plants that can be delivered directly, the following applies: ordered and paid for before Sunday night 00:00 am, is delivered in the following week. You can also choose to have your order delivered a few weeks later, for example, when you have more time to plant flower bulbs. This way, we can store the bulbs and plants for you under ideal circumstances, until the moment of delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a delivery day.

Track & Trace
As soon as your order has shipped, DPD will inform you by e-mail with an confirmation and all shipment details of your order. With this information you can follow your order online via DPD Parcel tracking
DPD will inform you about the day of delivery, and at the day of delivery you will receive a time indication with a timeframe of a few hours.

Not satisfied with a delivery?
If a product or order has not arrived to complete satisfaction, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you.

Right to withdraw
After you have received your order, you have a period of 14 days to return your order. Products must still be in unused and original condition. In order to use this return service, please sent an email to info@bulbi.nl

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. For this refund we use the same payment method as used by you in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. The costs of return shipping for the goods is at your own expense. 

The right to withdraw does not apply to products with a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned.
