Returns and Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal
Our flower bulbs, tubers, rhizomes and plants are excluded from the standard consumers right of withdrawal, as these are fresh products with a limited shelf life. The right to withdraw does not apply to products that quickly may deteriorat and therefore cannot be returned.
At BULBi we understand that it may happen that you want to return an order anyway. Do you want to return products? Please contact us and receive all information you need to know. We like to be aware of a return shipment. Keep in mind that you are responsible for returning the goods.
The costs of returning goods are for your own account, unless we have delivered the item to you by mistake or if the item is damaged. You will get your money back as soon as possible once the delivered goods have been returned.
Damage or shortage upon delivery?
At BULBi we do everything we can to deliver the best possible order. It can happen that something goes wrong or that you are not satisfied. If this is the case, we ask you to inform us within 3 working days of the damage, defect or shortage on delivery.
Inspect your order immediately as soon as you receive it. If you find damage, a defect or a shortage, we would like to ask you to contact us by e-mail within 3 working days at the latest.
In order to handle the complaint properly, we would like to receive some photos of your order and a detailed photo of the damaged product.
