General terms of delivery BULBi.nl

• Article 1. Shipping
  We will ship all orders between October 22nd and December 15th.
  
  
• Article 2. Shipping charges
  Shipping charges amount to € 15,- irrespective order size and delivery address in the England.
  
  
• Article 3. Cancellation
  If you want to cancel your order, you will have to send an email confirming your cancellation to info@bulbi.nl within 5 working days after the receipt of your order confirmation. If by then, we did not ship your order yet, it will be cancelled without any further charges. However, if by then, we already shipped your order, you will have to pay the packing and shipping charges.
  
  
• Article 4. Prices
  All our prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping charges are not included, but are calculated separately. We reserve the right to adjust prices if necessary.
  
  
• Article 5. Availability
  Flower bulbs are natural products for which Bulbi.nl is dependent on its supplier's crop. Despite careful planning, it might occur that certain varieties are no longer available. In this case, we reserve the right to substitute the variety with a similar one of equal value.
  
  
• Article 6. Complaints and responsibility
  After receipt of your order, you are obliged to check if it is complete and correct. If this is not the case, you should inform Bulbi.nl about it in writing via the email address info@bulbi.nl. within 2 working days. While we guarantee all varieties to be true to name, we cannot in any way be held responsible for planting or flowering of the crop.
